The Turkana Development Trust’s inaugural Strategic Plan, 2022–2026, is a result of the collective efforts and contributions of many individuals and organizations. We thank the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for supporting the entire process leading up to the development of this strategic plan. We also thank the USAID Mission Organizational Development Support (MODS) Team, who provided technical resources through Karuti Kanyinga, Christine Guchu, Kiragu Wachira, John Ebenyo, and Vivian Ajega. The MODS team led the cocreation process and guided consultations with the BOT, Appointers, local organizations, and
communities.
